Viva la Pita Defrosting Guide

Our amazing pitas also fantastic for freezing, so you can always have a perfect pita within reach. To bring them back to their best, just - backed state, here's how to do it aesily:

Thawing at Room Temperature (Recommended!)
Take them out, lay them out – half an hour to an hour and your pita is like new! We especially love to warm them lightly in a toaster, oven or pan to restore their softness.

Toaster Oven
Lightly dampen (not too much!) and heat until the pita is soft and pleasant.

Microwave (A Quick Fix When Time is Short)
Wrap in a damp paper towel – 20 seconds, flip, another
20 seconds – and check!
